Johanna Zitto, CPT is president of JZ Consulting and Training Inc. A former global training manager with Pitney Bowes and Arete Publishing, she has provided consulting and training for more than 20 years.
She is among a select group of professionals who have earned the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) Certificate in Human Performance Improvement (HPI), and has been awarded the prestigious Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation by the International Society for Performance Improvement.
Besides ASTD and ISPI, professional affiliations include the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC).
